Privacy Policy:
All the information collected on this site will be handled with care and kept strictly confidential. Information will not be sold, rented, or shared.

Currency:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, you also have the option of printing out the invoice and mailing it to me with your check or money order. All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service, Priority Mail. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. All orders are FOB shipping point. We ship within the United States, including PO Boxes and military addresses. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement or as soon as your check has cleared.

Refunds and Returns:
All claims for defective or missing merchandise must be filed within 7 days upon receipt. Email, undertheneedle@earthlink.net for a Return Authorization Number and shipping address. Include the RA number and a copy of your invoice in the return package. Please insure the return package. Under The Needle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
