Privacy Policy:
All the information collected on this site will be handled with care and kept strictly confidential. Information will not be sold, rented, or shared.

Currency:
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All orders are processed in U.S. Dollars.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service, Priority Mail. You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped. All orders are FOB shipping point. We ship within the United States, including PO Boxes and military addresses. Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order placement.

Refunds and Returns:
All claims for defective or missing merchandise must be filed within 7 days upon receipt. Email, undertheneedle@earthlink.net for a Return Authorization Number and shipping address. Include the RA number and a copy of your invoice in the return package. Please insure the return package. Under The Needle is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit.
